1、中冠丝印厂房工程施工招标-基础理论[摘要]为了加强自身对工程建设流程的了解以及对正规化的招投标进行掌握，拟作此招标文件。毕业设计包含烟台中冠印丝的拟招标文件，即工程量的计算、标底的确定、招标文件的编写。招标文件的内容主要包括招标工程的概括情况，招标方的建设意向以及建设规模，招标方对投标方得资质要求、技术要求、工期要求、质量要求等。本工程采用工程量清单（BillOfQuantity）计价基础，工程量清单说明主要是招标人解释拟招标工程的工程量清单的编制依据以及重要作用，结算时的工程量应以招标人或由其授权委托的监理工程师核准的。招标文件同时也规定了中标后的建设施工合同的主要条款和各式要求，
