1、石油机械2014年第42卷第10期CHINAPETR0LEUMMACHINERY一77一●油气田开发工程低渗透油田有杆抽油系统模糊优化设计孙文王三民任涛屈文涛(1.西北工业大学机电学院2.西安石油大学机械工程学院)摘要:低渗透油田地质情况复杂、开采难度大、成本较高,具有不同于常规油田的抽油系统特征,深入研究有杆抽油系统优化设计将产生明显的经济效益。有杆抽油系统模糊优化设计依据低渗透油田特点,以油层供液能力和采油设备协调为基础,采用优化的隶属函数,建立实用的权重矩阵,基于模糊评判方法进行方案优选,确定系统抽汲参数与各种机械设备类型和规格,预测相应抽汲参数下的工况指标。现场实例设计结果表明,模糊优
2、化设计与油田实际设计原则一致,其结果准确可靠、简明直观。模糊优化设计可以提供多种方案,能够详细描述多种方案优劣程度,便于参考对比,灵活选择。最佳方案既可以按照综合评判结果直接确定,也可以综合对比多种方案,进一步进行人工优选。研究结果能够为新型采油设备的研发提供重要的参考数据。关键词:低渗透油田;有杆抽油系统;模糊综合评判;隶属函数;优化设计中图分类号:TE933文献标识码:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.1001—4578.2014.10.019FuzzyOptimizationDesignofRodPumpingSystemforLowPermeabilityOilfieldSunW
