3、ndrite(Cr,Mo)一richbccphaseandtheinterdendrite(Al,Ni,Ti)一richfccphase.TheagedalloycanobtainapeakhardnessHVof6150MPaat900。C,andthenannealsofteningOccursat1000。C,butitshardnessHVstillmaintainedatahighlevelof5160MPa.ThisshowsthattheAICrMoNiTialloyexhibitsagoodhigh—temperatureagehardeningper

4、formance.Agehardeningofthealloyismainlyattributedtothegrainrefinementstrengtheningat800。Candtheprecipitationhardeningofthesecondphase(bcc2)at900。C.Thedisappearedsecondphaseandgraincoarseningarcthemainreasonsforthesofteningannealat1000。C.Keywords:highentropyalloy;powdermetallurgyprocess;
