6、onsibleformonitoring,forecastingandriskanalysis;21,responsibleforthesettlementoftransactionswiththeBank;22,is架子工安全操作规程1、岗位安全职责1.1负责对日常作业中使用的脚手架进行检查、整理，确保采用的所有脚手架符合安全规定。1.2严格按照安全技术交底及安全操作规程进行作业。2、岗位任职条件2.1接受过良好的专业安全技术及技能培训。凡患高血压、心脏病、贫血病、癫痫病以及不适于高处作业的不得从事架子作业。2.2持证上岗。3、上岗
7、作业准备3.1接受安全技术交底，熟悉其内容，并要详细分工。对于有脚手架设计图的，在完全掌握设计图后才可开始架设。搭设前架工班组长要组织全体人员熟悉施工技术和作业要求，确定搭设方法。3.2仔细检查脚手架杆件、扣件等材料是否符合安全规定，对于不符合的应予剔除。搭设管式金属脚手架，禁止使用弯曲，压扁或者有裂纹缝的管子，扣件应完整无缺，禁止用裂纹、滑丝的扣件安装钢管脚手架。3.3对将要施工的周边环境及相应的安全措施进行详细检查，以排除安全隐患。3.4正确使用个人劳动防护用品，必须戴安全帽，佩戴安全带，衣着要灵便，穿软底防滑鞋，不得穿塑料底鞋、
