7、训教材不配套、培训教条化、纯理论的太多,可实际操作的太少;企业轻视职工培训,培训经费投入少;企业培训没有计划性,没有统一规划的培训主管部门,培训工作显得很随意;企业职工培训主体的师资---企业培训师队伍素质普遍不高,与培养新型实用人才要求有较大的差距;企业在职培训与学历教育混淆,职工培训缺乏创新意识等诸多问题。加强对企业职工教育培训工作的对策有转变思想观念,营造学习型企业氛围;做好企业员工培训工作的计划,有针对性地开展员工培训,进行员工分级分类培训,注重培训对象;科学地进行职位分析、需求分析
