2、喷施清水,3次重复。结果表明:1.2O处理的油松叶片内soD、CAT、PPO酶活性处于最高值,与对照之间差异显著,POD酶活性5—8月份1.2O处理为最高,显著高于对照;1.8O处理的SOD、POD、PPO酶活性在6—7月份高于对照,低于1.2O处理,CAT酶活性除7月份外,其余月份均低于对照和1.20处理;0.60处理SOD酶活性在7—9月份低于对照和1.2O处理,POD酶活性仅8月份高于对照。综合分析认为,尿素的喷施浓度为1.2O时对提高油松移栽苗叶片内保护酶活性效果最佳。关键词:尿素;SOD;POD;CAT;PPO中图分类号:$791.25
