4、sultswerelistedasfollows:1)underdroughtstress,leafphotosynthesis,stomatalconductance,mesophyllconductance,totalconductance,andchloroplastieCO,concentrationweredecreased;2)therewasnosignificantdifferenceinnon—stomatallimitationunderdroughtstressandnormalconditions.Butcomparedwithnorma1cond
5、itions,stomatallimitationunder30PEGsimulateddroughtstressinYangdao6andShanyou63wereincreasedby42and81,respectively;3)therewerepositiverelationshipsbetweenphotosynthesisandstomatalconductance。mesophyllconductance,totalconductanceandchloroplasticCO2concentration;4)underseveredroughtstress(2
6、0and30),leafwaterpotentialandwatercontentweredecreasedsignificantly.Andleafwaterpotentialwaspositivelycorrelatedwithstomatalconductance,mesophyllconductanceandtotalconductance.Therefore,reducedchloroplasticCO,concentrationresultedfromstomatalclosurewasthemajorlimitationofphotosynthesis.An
