1、电池工业第19卷第1期。勿2014年2月导电AIN/PETG共混物的制备及性能研究林嵩岳,兰林生,杨文斌,宋剑斌(福建农林大学材料工程学院,福建福州350002)摘要:以炭黑、石墨和镍粉等为导电填料,ABS和PETG作为高分子基体,采用熔融共混一模压成型工艺制备具有双连续相结构的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)用双极板。主要研究导电填料炭黑、石墨和镍粉等对ABS/PETG共混物的导电性、耐水性和耐热性能的影响。结果表明:当ABS和PETG为双连续相,炭黑为20时,复合材料的导电性最好,为123S/m,玻璃化温度98℃,维卡软化温度123
2、C,接触角为100。。保持炭
