1、第43卷第10期塑料工业CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY·91·2015年1O月玻璃纤维和相容剂对高密度聚乙烯弯曲性能的影响水王占嘉,王彦鸿,马燕月,王向东,许国志,刘思菡,周洪福(1.北京工商大学材料与机械工程学院,北京100048;2.北京首融汇科技发展有限公司,北京100041)摘要:采用双螺杆挤出机制备了不同含量高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/玻璃纤维(GF)复合材料,并采用马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯作为相容剂对该复合材料进行改性,研究了GF用量和相容剂用量对复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,随着GF用量的增加,HDPE/GF复合
2、材料的弯曲强度和弯曲模量都有大幅度上升,热变形温度先大幅上升,后基本不变,GF用量为50份时,对复合材料的弯曲性能改性效果最佳。然后以此GF用量为基准,研究了相容剂用量对复合材料弯曲性能的影响。结果显示,随着相容剂用量的增加,HDPE/相容剂/GF复合材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量都有上升,热变形温度先上升再下降,其中加入5份相容剂时,热变形温度最高。关键词:高密度聚乙烯;弯曲性能;玻璃纤维;相容剂DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005—5770.2015.10.022中图分类号:TQ325.12文献标识码:B文章编号:1005-5770
