1、第66卷第5期有色金属(矿山部分)2O14年9月doi:10.3969/j.issn.1671-4172.2014.05.016减水剂对全尾砂胶结膏体充填料浆中粉状组成分散程度的影响试验郑娟荣,吕杉杉(郑州大学土木工程学院,郑州450002)摘要:针对减水剂对全尾砂胶结膏体充填料浆中粉状组成的分散程度进行试验研究。试验中选择五种粉状组成(水泥、矿渣粉、粉煤灰、石灰石粉和尾砂粉)和四种减水剂(聚羧酸系、萘系、氨基系和脂肪族系)作为研究对象,采用浆体流动度试验测定五种粉状组成的浆体流动度分别随四种减水剂掺量增加的变
2、化规律。试验结果表明,对于水泥、矿渣粉和粉煤灰浆体,聚羧酸系高效减水剂是分散效果最好的减水剂;对于石灰石粉和尾砂粉浆体,脂肪族高效减水剂是分散效果最好的减水剂。由于脂肪族高效减水剂的单价约为聚羧酸系高效减水剂单价的1/4,因此,脂肪族高效减水剂将是制备全尾砂胶结膏体充填材料性价比最高的减水剂关键词:充填料浆;粉状组成;减水剂;分散程度;浆体流动度中图分类号:TD926.42文献标志码:A文章编号:1671-4172(2014)05—0069—05Studyoneffectofwater—reducingagen

8、gdegree;flowtestofpaste全尾砂膏体充填的优点是可以最大限度地利用高达2O%(灰砂比1:4),料浆固体浓度709/6~矿业工业废物,充填料在采场内不用脱水,充填体强75(28d抗压强度大于2MPa)[2-3];采用新型胶度高,水泥消耗量少,充填成本低,能够确保采矿生结剂(即矿渣粉为主要成分)的胶结充填料浆中的胶产安全和实现矿业生产废物零排放。国外膏体充填结剂达11%
