2、:以白刺花(Sophoradavidii)为试材,采用培养液栽培的方法研究了8.5%聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟的干旱胁迫下喷施外源亚精胺(Spd)对白刺花幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,外源亚精胺对干旱胁迫下自刺花叶片色素含量、叶片相对含水量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率均具有改善效果,在高浓度(T5和1'6)时更为显著。总之,Spd浓度在0~0.50mmol·L时随着sN浓度的增加,干旱胁迫下白刺花叶片的各生理指标数值逐渐升高:叶绿素a和叶绿素b在Spd为0.10mmol·L时含量最高,分别比对照组增加了12.80%和8.75%;在Spd浓度为0.50mmol·L时对净光合
