2、houtcompletingtherequiredworkexperienceasoutlinedbelow,willonlybevalidforfiveyears.IftheapplicantdoesnotapplyormeettheCISAcertificationrequirementswithinthefiveyearperiod,thepassingscorewillbevoided.ImportantNote:YourcompletedCISAapplicationforcertifica
3、tionmustbesubmittedwithin5yearsfromthedateofinitiallypassingtheexamination.Retakingandre-passingtheexaminationwillberequiredifthe(completed)applicationforcertificationisnotsubmittedwithinfiveyearsfromthepassingdateoftheexamination.2.SubmitpaymentfortheC
4、ISAapplicationprocessingfeeofUS$50onlineatwww.isaca.org/cisapay.3.SubmitverifiedevidenceoffiveyearsworkexperienceinthefieldsofInformationSystemsAuditing,Control,AssuranceorSecurity.Workexperiencemustbegainedwithinthetenyearperiodprecedingtheapplicationd
5、ateforcertificationorwithinfiveyearsfromthedateofinitiallypassingtheexam.Substitutionsandwaiversofsuchexperience,toamaximumof3years,maybeobtainedasfollows:■AmaximumofoneyearofinformationsystemsORoneyearofnon-ISauditingexperiencecanbesubstitutedforoneyea
6、rofinformationsystemsauditing,control,assuranceorsecurityexperience;■60to120completeduniversitysemestercredithours(theequivalentofatwo-yearorfour-yeardegree),notlimitedbythetenyearprecedingrestriction,canbesubstitutedforoneortwoyears,respectively,ofinfo
7、rmationsystemsauditing,controlorsecurityexperience.Evenifmultipledegreeshavebeenearned,amaximumof2yearscanbeclaimed.■Abachelor’sormaster’sdegreefromauniversitythatenforcestheISACAsponsoredModelCurriculacanbesubstitutedforoneyearofinformationsystemsaudit
