1、摘要本设计是省市污水处理厂的初步设计，主要任务是完成污水及污泥处理方法选择、工艺设计计算、污水厂平面图、高程图及单项处理构筑物施工图设计。该城市排放的污水中BOD5、CODcr及SS严重超标，依据污水的水质、水量以及受纳水体的环境容量等相关资料，必须对其进行二级处理方可去除水中过量的有机污染物，达到排放标准进而保护环境，所以本设计采用SBR序列间歇式活性污泥法。SBR是序列间歇式活性污泥法的简称，与传统污水处理工艺不同，SBR技术采用时间分割的操作方式替代空间分割的操作方式，非稳定生化反应替代稳态生化反应，静置理想沉淀替代传统的动态沉淀。它的主要特征是在运行

2、上的有序和间歇操作，SBR技术的核心是SBR反应池，该池集均化、初沉、生物降解、二沉池等功能于一池，无污泥回流系统。经过这个废水处理工艺的废水可达到设计要求，可以直接排放。处理后的污泥经机械脱水后用作肥料。通过此设计，污水处理厂建成后，本市的水污染问题能得到较好的解决，产生良好的环境效益，同时也会收到很好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词：SBR工艺；污水处理厂；城市污水；活性污泥AbstractThisisthepreliminarydesignofthesewagetreatmentplantofChengduinSichuangProvince.Themai
