5、calsinstituteandtheChinaautomotivetechnologycentertolaunchthestandarddrafting.BySeptemberofthatyear,thedraftingwasbasicallycompleteandtheconsultationbegan.InDecember,thecasecommitteeorganizationfromnationalpetrochemicalsystem,including"threebarrelsofoilqualit
6、yexpert,andexpertsystem,environmentalprotectionsystem,toreviewthedraftstandard.Thereviewmeeting,therearemainlytwodifferentopinionsaboutgasolinestandards,oneistodraftthecontentofthe"bannedartificialaddmanganese”,someexpertsthinkthemnadditivescanimprovethegasol
