2、配合永久式完井封隔器的酸化投产一体化管柱,满足了酸化、测试及安全投产的需要;通过管柱设计、水动力学的计算,结合工艺措施优化,形成的扫塞、超深小井眼通井工艺等井筒处理工艺技术,满足了井筒净化的需要,保证了投产管柱顺利到位;通过对高含硫气体在f}缶界状态的分析计算,结合现场实践,形成了配套井控安全设备,短起下测油气上窜速度小于30m/h的井控安全工艺措施,保证了投产作业的井控安全;通过暂堵剂的研制和暂堵工艺的优化,形成了多级暂堵交替注入酸化工艺。关键词四川盆地元坝气田高含硫超深高温高压完井投产井筒处理多级酸化安全风险控制D0I:10.3787/j.issn.1000—0976.2O14.07.
