3、ploreitshypoglycaemicproperty,totaltriterpenoidsfromCyclocaryapaliurusleaves(CPTT)wereextractedbyanultrasound.assistedmethodandsuccessivelypurifiedbyextraction,macroporousresinadsorption,anddecolorization.ThetotaltriterpenoidcontentofCP1wasashi}ghas86.3%.Thecontentofurso
4、licacid.oleanolicacid,maslinicacid,corosolicacid,andbetulinicacidinCPTTwere19.35%,17.38%,7.53%,4.59%,and1.42%,respectively.Noobviouschangeinglucoseconsumptionwasobservedwhen3T3·L1pre—adipocytesweretreatedwithCPTTin也ebasalcondition.buttheconsumptionsignificantlyincreaseda
