1、·44·天然气工业2O13年8月苏里格气田水平井高效建产技术杨志伦赵伟兰陈启文董瑜张春中国石油长庆油田公司第四采气厂杨志伦等.苏里格气田水平井高效建产技术.天然气工业,2013,33(8):44—48.摘要实践证明,苏里格气田采用常规开发技术难以实现高效开发。面对这一开发难题,近年来以开发试验区为载体进行了针对低渗透气田的水平井高效开发技术攻关,在气藏精细描述、钻井、储层改造等关键技术上均取得了新的突破,形成了以水平井井位优选及部署、地质导向、快速钻井、储层保护及改造等为主体的建产配套技术,即:①逐步形成了水平井选井及部署的5种有利砂体模式、4项部署原则、3种部署方
2、式等3项成熟技术;②水平井入靶及地质导向形成了9项关键技术;③快速钻井形成了靶前距、井身结构、钻头选型、钻具组合、钻井参数等优化技术;④钻井和试气过程中形成了储层保护技术;⑤储层改造形成了工艺优选及其相关工艺措施系列。现场应用结果表明:所实施水平井全部获得成功,平均钻井周期为57.8d,平均砂层钻遇率达80.4,平均无阻流量为55.6×10m。/d,开发效果良好。水平井高效开发技术的目益成熟对同类型气田的开发具有指导意义。关键词鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田水平井生产能力选井部署快速钻井储集层改造保护D0I:10.3787/j.issn.10000976.2013.08.0
