3、poseofprofit.Costisthesumofallkindsofconstructionprocessintheprojectcost.Thecontentofcostmanagementisveryextensive,runsthrougheveryprocedureandeveryaspectofprojectmanagementactivities,fromthesigningofthecontracttotheconstructionpreparation,untilthecompletionacceptance,everylink
4、cannotdowithoutthecostmanagement.Asforthecompleteprocessofcostmanagementtosay,itscontentincludes:costprediction,costcontrol,costaccounting,costanalysisandcostassessment,etc..Hereonlytoanalysisthroughthreeaspects:projectcostforecast,costcontrol,theeffectivewayreducethecosttoelab
