1、554陕西中医2015年第36卷第5期生脉注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者早期经皮冠状动脉介入疗效的影响黄莹辉四川1省简阳市中医医院药学部(简阳641400)摘要目的：探究生脉注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者早期经皮冠状动脉介入疗效的影响。方法：选取我院进行经皮冠状动脉介入手术的120例急性冠脉综合征患者为观察对象，随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例，两组均给予常规的药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上，每天给予生脉注射液，连续治疗3个月。结果：治疗后，治疗组的四项血脂改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0．05)；治疗组患者的TC、TG和LDL—C下降率显著高于对照组(P<0．05)；治疗组患者SL和IP的值治
