1、摘要随着整个社会用电量的剧增,传统电表已经难以完成复杂的电量测量管理任务。本次设计的智能电表以美国炬力公司生产的高性能电量芯片ATT7030A为测量芯片,该芯片是一款高精度的三相电能计量芯片,可以完成三相电能参数的精确测量,且具有三相三线和三相四线转换功能。本设计能够较为容易的转化为工业、民用计量产品,满足计量测试需要。本设计的主要工作包括硬件设计和软件设计两个方面。硬件设计选用AT89S52单片机作为系统处理核心,提高三相智能电度表的多功能化程度;选用X5045作为看门狗电路,完成对CPU运行状态、电源电压等监控;X5045部具有512字节的FL
2、ASH存储器,存储相关参数,做到掉电数据不丢失;通过75LBC184完成485通信功能,传输距离可达到1200米;配置了38KHz的红外发送/接收电路,完成红外抄表功能,传输距离大于4米。软件设计部分主要包括主程序、电量采集子程序、键盘显示子程序、网络通信子程序、红外通信子程序等五部分。本设计经过实验测试,实现了对电能的精确测量、数据存储、数据显示、485通信、红外通信等功能,达到了设计要求,表明本设计方案是正确的。关键字:三相智能电度表;ATT7030A;单片机;红外通信;485通信ABSTRACTWiththeincreasingofsocia
