1、摘要汽车左座椅摇臂是现代汽车不可缺少的组成部分。由于汽车左座椅摇臂主要作用是起固定作用,因此要求汽车左座椅摇臂具有良好的经济性和可靠性,所以采用冲压模具进行生产。综上所述,对汽车左座椅摇臂的冲压模具设计是具有现实意义的。本文以汽车左座椅为对象,分析了汽车左座椅摇臂的冲压工艺,并对模具结构进行了设计和计算。首先对工件进行了工艺分析,确定了最佳工艺方案,并进行工艺计算;然后确定了落料、冲孔复合模的结构型式,并对主要结构零件进行了设计计算和强度校核;最后又确定了翻孔、弯曲复合模的结构型式,对零件进行了设计和校核,并合理的选择了压力机。通过本课题研究,使我掌握了冲压模具设计的
