1、摘要注射成型是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一,可以一次成型形状复杂的塑件。圆珠笔是我们日常不可或缺的文具之一,圆珠笔笔套作为保护笔尖的部件同样有着重要的作用和实际的意义。本课题设计了一副圆珠笔笔套的注塑模,模具采用一模八穴非平衡式布排,浇注系统采用侧浇口,笔套外形复杂,采用斜导柱侧向分型,并用autoCAD绘制了一套模具装配图和零件图。关键词:注塑模;一模八穴;非平衡式;侧浇口;斜导柱;侧向分型目录摘要································································
