2、ractandarticlesofassociation,orseriouslyviolatestheprovisionsofthecontractandarticlesofassociation,thatpartyshallbedeemedtohaveunilaterallyterminatedthecontract.Theotherpartyshallhavetherighttoterminatethecontractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecontractafterapprovalbytheoriginalexaminationandappr
3、ovalauthority,andtoclaimdamages.IncasePartyAandPartyBofthecooperativeventurecompanyagreetocontinuetheoperation,thepartywhofailstofulfilitsobligationsshallbeliablefortheeconomiclossescausedtherebytothejointventurecompany. Article43ShouldeitherPartyAorPartyBfailtoprovideonschedulethecontributionsina
4、ccordancewiththeprovisionsdefinedinChapter5ofthiscontract,thepartyinbreachshallpaytotheotherparty________Yuan,or__________%ofthecontributionstartingfromthefirstmonthafterexceedingthetimelimit.Shouldthepartyinbreachfailtoprovideafter______months,_________Yuan,or_________%ofthecontributionshallbepaid
