1、摘要本设计为山东省潍坊市某办公楼的暖通空调工程设计,建筑共有四层,总建筑面积5838m2,主要用于办公,其中包括了办公室,会议室,报告厅,大厅,客房,食堂,餐厅等,层高为3.6m,顶层部分层高为4.8m,总高度为15.9m。建筑夏季总冷负荷为169.6kW,冬季总热负荷为168.4kW,空调面积为5730m2,冷指标为29.5W,热指标为29.3W。本设计从建筑的节能设计和冷热源选择两方面来减少能源的消耗。首先在建筑的设计过程中,围护结构热工性能参照德国被动式建筑的设计标准,有效降低了建筑冷热负荷。另外在热源选择上充分分析了空气源热泵系统与太阳能和地源热泵耦合的系统进行对比,选
2、择了适合于本建筑的空气源热泵系统。设计采用变制冷剂流量多联分体式空调系统,对多联机系统室内机与室外机、新风系统、热回收装置、风机、气流组织、散热器、等进行了选择。绘制了空调系统平面布置图及系统图等,撰写了设计施工说明书。最后,本次设计的个人重点是应用了dest软件进行建筑设计方案全年能量需求的计算以及冷热源的确定。关键词:空调系统设计;太阳能—土壤源热泵系统;空气源热泵HVACDesignofanofficebuildinginWeifangcityAbstractThedesignforanofficebuildinginWeifangCity,ShandongProvinc
