1、中国兽医杂志2010年(第46卷)第7期17禽白血病病毒自然感染及抗体变化动态规律王彦军，孙淼，王宏钧，侯忠勇，黄翌，吴艳，余多，李金彩，杨飞跃，陈福勇，曹红(中国农业大学动物医学院，北京海淀100193)摘要：试验随机选取1日龄地方鸡(原种鸡)115只，带翅号。于1、7、14、21、28、38、58、68、88、98、1O8、120、130、14O、15O、160、17O、18O、190、200、210、220、26O、300日龄按号对应采泄殖腔棉拭子进行ELlSA检测禽白血病病毒p27抗原。同时按号对应翅静脉采血分离血清进行EIIsA检测A、B亚型抗体和J亚型抗体。260日龄时，对全群鸡

2、只进行病毒分离。试验结果表明，全群鸡在监测的300日龄内均有ALV感染发生。其中p27抗原检出率在7日龄时达到最低值，为2．11；在170日龄时达到最高峰，为32．18。从38日龄到30013龄逐渐出现ALVA、B抗体阳性鸡只，阳性率在10左右。260日龄时阳性率达到最高峰，为30．86。260日龄病毒分离阳性率为29．49(23／78)，略高于棉拭子p27检出率2O(16／8o)，二者符合率为79．49。J亚群抗体检测均为阴性。病毒感染与抗体变化没有直接相关性。关键词：禽白血病病毒；p27；抗体中图分类号：$852．659．3文献标识码：A文章编号：05296005(2010)07017-
