2、性强的特点,采用经验模态分解(EMD)法对原始信号进行分离提取。EMD法能够将信号分解为不同时间尺度和不同频带的一系列固有模态函数,然后根据能量分布特征对伪分量进行剔除,得到“近源”声发射信号,抽取其信号特征运用La—place小波相关系数法实现对密封端面接触状态的准确识别。通过机械密封测试试验证明,声发射监测技术能准确地识别机械密封装置动静环之间的接触状态和摩擦形式,能够在工业现场推广使用。关键词:机械密封;声发射;经验模态分解;状态监测中图分类号:TH136文献标识码:A文章编号:0254—0150(2014)8—008—6Mechanica
