3、tasthevisitingscholar.Thetwoparties(PartA:TheStateKeyLaboratoryofSub-tropicalArchitectureatSouthChinaUniversityofTechnology,andPartB:),inthelegal,fairandequalvoluntaryspirit,consensus,theprincipleofgoodfaith,friendshipandcooperation,signthiscontractande

4、nsuretoseriouslycarryoutobligationsdefinedbythiscontract.1.ThecontractperiodThiscontractisvalidfromto.2.ObligationsofPartyA1)IntroducestoPartyBChina'srelevantlaws,regulationsandPartyA’srelatedregulationsoflaboratoryworkandofmanagementofforeignexperts.2)

5、Offersguidance,inspectionandevaluationtotheworkofPartyB.3)ProvidesPartyBwithoneofficeandappropriateworkequipments.4)DuringworkforPartyA,PartyBisabletoapplyforoneindependentresearchprojectofinnovationandexplorationtype.Theresearchfundingshouldbedetermine

6、dbybothparties.PartyBshouldfollowManagementofIndependentResearchProjectsoftheStateKeyLaboratoryofSub-tropicalArchitectureatSouthChinaUniversityofTechnology,andgothroughtherelevantapplicationprocedures.PartyBfillsouttheapplicationformandtheDirectoroftheP
