2、组加用金匮肾气丸治疗，评价2组治疗前后痛经视觉疼痛评分(VAS)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、巨噬细胞(M)、CA125水平等指标变化，并比较2组治疗后妊娠情况。结果治疗后，2组VAS及CA125均较治疗前明显下降(P<0．05)，且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0．05)，2组NK及M均较治疗前明显上升(P<0．05)，且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0．05)。治疗后，2组分别有26例和22例在1年内妊娠，分别占74．29和62．86，观察组妊娠率显著高于对照组(y一9．657，P一0．002)；26例和22例妊娠者各有2O例和15例足月产，分别占76．92和68
