1、临床眼科杂志2015年第23卷第3期JournalofClinicalOvhthalmologv，2015，V01．23，No．3·临床研究·硅水凝胶角膜接触镜在药物源性角膜病变中的应用卢善华朱丹丹高瑞莹陈晖【摘要】目的评价硅水凝胶角膜接触镜治疗药物源性角膜病变的安全性及有效性。方法诊断为药源性角膜病变的患者l5例(18只眼)，其中原发基础病为白内障术后患者5例(5只眼)、病毒性角膜炎患者7例(7只眼)、干只眼症患者2例(4只眼)、过敏性结膜炎患者1例(2只眼)，予持续配戴硅水凝胶角膜接触镜，根据病情，调整局部用药。观察记录刺激症状缓解及并发症情况，并分别于戴镜后1、3d及根据病情每周不少

2、于1d随诊，观察记录角膜病变及上皮愈合情况，询问眼局部刺激症缓解情况，上皮愈合后及时去除镜片。结果l5只眼(83．33％)戴镜后刺激症状明显缓解，3只眼(16．67％)部分缓解。至戴镜后30d，l7只眼(94．44％)角膜上皮完全愈合，持续配戴角膜接触镜平均时间(10．33±7．31)d，1只眼(5．56％)角膜上皮呈部分愈合。无一例感染及并发症发生。结论硅水凝胶角膜接触镜治疗药物源性角膜病变安全、有效，能明显缓解眼局部刺激症状，加速角膜愈合。【关键词】硅水凝胶；角膜接触镜；角膜病变；药物作用[临床眼科杂志。2015。23：254]ApplicationofsiliconehyOrogdc
