1、临床医药文献杂志2015年2月A第2卷第4期626JournalofClinicalMedicalLiteratureFeb．A2015V_01．2No．4肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察胡日旺(山西省大同市第四人民医院，山西大同037008)【摘要】目的探讨在慢性乙型肝炎患者中，应用肝病治疗仪治疗方案的疗效。方法选取我院于2O13年7月～2014年6月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者80例进行分析，将其随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40／f4)。对照组采用常规药物治疗方案，观察组采用肝病治疗仪治疗方案。观察两组患者的疗效。

2、结果两组患者在乏力、腹胀、纳差、黄疸、肝区不适等·『盘床症状的治疗有效率上相比差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。但观察组患者治疗后的肝功能指标明显优于对照组，不良反应的发生率(5．0％)明显低于对照组(17．5％)，差异具有统计学意义(P
