1、摘要本设计是辽宁铁法小青矿(180Mt/a)新井设计,小青井田的地质条件很好,煤层赋存简单,倾角很小,属于近水平煤层。因此,在我国现有的煤炭开发能力前提下,结合小青矿煤层的赋存条件,该井田采用立井单水平集中的开拓方式,倾斜长壁采煤法,同时在个别块段采用走向长壁采煤法。现代矿井的设计方向是,在保证安全的前提下,系统越简单越好。在该设计中,采用集中大巷,斜巷代替主要石门的布置方式;综采工作面内装备大功率电牵引采煤机、电液控制的大吨位液压支架及大运量输送机等机电一体化高新技术;立井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,辅助运输采用单轨吊,能实现全矿井的连续运输。本矿井的生产系统非常简
