7、gandtechnicalsupport.The29countrieslagging(落后)farthestbehindwllnotreachthegoalwithoutunprecedented(空前的)ratesofprogress.Butthisisattainablewithcreativesolutions,includingtheuseofinformationtechnologies,flexibleandtargetedforeignaid,andfewerpeoplelivinginpoverty.Akeylessono
