2、给予静脉营养支持治疗及口服甲羟孕酮分散片，同时治疗组加用参附注射液治疗，治疗前和治疗1个疗程后(共4周)评价患者的进食量、体重、KPS评分、血清白蛋白与血红蛋白值。结果：治疗组在治疗后，进食量、KPS评分、外周血红蛋白值均有所增加，与治疗前及对照组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，两组间体重和血清白蛋白值治疗前后比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论：参附注射液治疗联合甲羟孕酮能增进肿瘤恶病质患者食欲，提高KPS评分，增加血红蛋白量，改善肿瘤恶病质患者的生活质量，疗效优于常规治疗。【关键词】肿瘤；参附注射液；肿瘤恶病质；生活质量【文章编号】1
