2、质量、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比及血清雌二醇(E，)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果治疗组用药后，BMI、腰臀比较用药前均下降(P<0．01，P<0．05)，且与照组同期比较改善明显(P<0．O1)。治疗组用药后E水平明显升高(P<0．01)，FSH、LH水平均降低(P<0．01)，且与对照组同期比较改善明显(P<0．01)。结论补肾健脾方能降低围绝经期及绝经期妇女的BMI及腰臀比，能改善其性激素水平。【关键词】补肾；健脾；围绝经期；绝经期；肥胖症；人体质量指数；雌激素类；中药疗法【中图分类号】R271．116；R589．250．531【文献标识码】A【文章编号】11
