1、竖堂盘查堡箜卷笪l期ChinJAnesthesio1,January2014,Vo1.34,No.155·器官移植麻醉·含饱和氢气乳酸钠林格氏液对大鼠肝脏冷缺血再灌注损伤的影响丁汀彦杜洪印喻文立翁亦齐周园丁梅徐倩王玉亮【摘要】目的探讨含饱和氢气乳酸钠林格氏液对大鼠肝脏冷缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法健康成年雄性sD大鼠24只,体重200~250g,采用随机数字表法,将其分为3组(n=8):假手术组(s组)、乳酸钠林格氏液灌注组(RL组)、含饱和氢气乳酸钠林格氏液灌注组(HRL组)。阻断全肝血流后,RL组和HRL组分别灌注4℃乳酸钠林格氏液和4℃含饱和氢
2、气乳酸钠林格氏液6~8ml/min,时间20min,随后恢复再灌注。再灌注后6h时取血样,测定血清A、AST、lrNF—a和IL-6水平,随后处死大鼠,取肝组织检测MDA和SOD水平、活化的caspase一3表达水平和凋亡细胞百分比,观察肝组织病理学结果。结果与s组比较,RL组和HRL组血清ALT、AST、TNF—n和IL-6水平、肝组织MDA水平、活化的caspase一3表达和凋亡细胞百分比升高,肝组织SOD水平降低(P<0.05或0.01);与RL组比较,HRL组血清ALT、AST、TNF_、II,6水平、肝组织MDA水平、活化的caspase
