2、段虫体cu含量均随处理浓度增加而增加,1200mg·kg处理浓度时cu“含量最高;Cu可随黑水虻的发育而迁移,高浓度胁迫下迁移规律为:蛹>6龄幼虫>成虫。cu“胁迫对黑水虻幼虫存活率、化蛹率、成虫寿命及雌雄性比均无显著影响,但高浓度处理可显著降低蛹的羽化率并延长幼虫及蛹发育所需时间。结论cu可在黑水虻体内进行迁移,高浓度胁迫下迁移规律为:蛹>6龄幼虫>成虫;仅一个世代cu“胁迫对黑水虻幼虫存活率、化蛹率、成虫寿命及雌雄性比影响较小,主要降低蛹的羽化率及延长幼虫及蛹发育所需时间。[关键词]铜;胁迫;黑水虻;累积;发育[中图法分类号]Q969
