2、rrheatypeirritablebowelsyn—drome，mS-D)患者血浆胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑素(SS)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)的影响，并探讨其作用机制。[方法"]160例IK％D患者随机分为2组，中药组采用易激灵2号方，煎取200ml，早晚分服；西药组口服马来酸曲美布丁片(商品名：舒丽启能)0．1g／次、枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊(商品名：美常安)0．5g／次，3次／d；2组疗程均为4周。另选2O例健康体检者为正常对照组。[结果]IBD患者血浆CCK、MTL水平较正常对照组明显增高(P
