1、中国实验诊断学2014年3月第18卷第3期一377一文章编号:1007—4287(2014)03—0377—03不同负荷的游泳运动对大鼠认知能力及海马神经疲劳的影响刘忠民,高拮,牛娜,董炜达(吉林大学体育学院,吉林长春130012)摘要:目的探讨不同负荷游泳运动对大鼠学习记忆的认知能力及海马神经型一氧化氮合酶(n-NOS)表达与疲劳机制。方法将4O只体重为350—400g的Wistar雄性大鼠分为对照组和每天进行15mins、30mins、60rains的小中大负荷游泳运动的实验组;实验持续8周后采
