1、毕业设计（论文）题目：P2P网贷平台竞争力研究专业年级11级信管学号110550241姓名王新盛指导教师廖亚军评阅人2014年11月中国马鞍山摘要随着互联网技术的不断发展，互联网金融也随之应运而生，依托于互联网技术的P2P网络信贷平台的产生并不断的进行发展壮大。网络借贷起源于英国，随后发展到美国、德国和其他国家，其典型的模式为：网络信贷公司提供平台，由借贷双方自由竞价，撮合成交。资金借出人获取利息收益，并承担风险；资金借入人到期偿还本金，网络信贷公司收取中介服务费。在中国，P2P概念已经逐渐扩展到了P2B（PeertoBusiness），也就是企业成为融资方，个人
2、提供资金。近年我国互联网金融发展的迅速，基本都是经由第三方平台支付，即所谓的理财平台和网贷平台。P2P网贷作为一种新兴模式，尽管存在着这样那样的不足，但其未来发展也是无限光明的。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天，资金的融通效率将直接关系者投资者对资金需求的渴望程度，也存在着资金的拥有者存在大量的闲置资金无法发挥其应有的利润。建立在互联网上的网络借贷平台是独具匠心的艺术创作品。它减少了借贷双方通过大型金融机构繁杂琐碎的程序和多余的费用，较少大量的中间环节，提高了借贷的效率，另一方面，借贷双方自愿的业务交易也可以更好的进行下去。本文重点介绍P2P网络借贷的一些优势，在融资方面
