1、毕业设计说明书年产30000吨苯工艺设计学院:化学系专业:应用化工技术学生姓名:王雪峰学号:20100821042指导教师:杜淼2013年6月摘要摘要塔设备是化工、炼油生产中最重要的设备类型之一。本次设计的浮阀塔是化工生产中主要的气液传质设备。此设计针对二元物系的精馏问题进行分、选取、计算、核算、绘图等,是较完整的精馏设计过程,本设计书对苯和甲苯的分离设备─浮阀精馏塔做了较详细的叙述,主要包括:工艺计算,辅助设备计算,塔设备等的附图。精馏过程在能量剂驱动下(有时加质量剂),使气液两相多次直接接触和分离,利用液相混合物中各组分的挥发度的不同,使易挥发组分由液相向气相转移,难挥发组
2、分由气相向液相转移,实现原料混合液中各组分的分离。采用浮阀精馏塔,塔高20.375米,塔径1.0米,按逐板计算理论板数为17。算得全塔效率为0.537。塔顶使用全凝器,部分回流。精馏段实际板数为17,提馏段实际板数为15。实际加料位置在第17块板(从上往下数),操作弹性为4.04。通过板压降、漏液、液泛、雾沫夹带的流体力学验算,均在安全操作范围内。塔的附属设备中,所有管线均采用无缝钢管。再沸器采用卧式浮头式换热器。用140℃饱和蒸汽加热,用15℃循水作冷凝剂。饱和蒸汽走管程,釜液走壳程。关键词:苯,精馏,图解法,负荷性能图,装配图41AbstractAbstractTowere
