1、建筑材料补偿协议篇一：建筑材料损失补偿协议建筑材料损失补偿协议甲方:江苏华信天地节能科技有限公司乙方:江苏华宝建设工程有限公司依照《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国建筑法》及其他有关法律、行政法规、遵循平等自愿公平和诚实信用的原则，双方就本建设工程施工过程中建筑材料损失补偿问题协商一致，达成协议如下。一、工程概况工程名称:江苏华信天地节能科技有限公司5＃厂房工程地点:盐城经济开发区乌江路北五台山路西工程内容:江苏华信天地节能科技有限公司5＃厂房的土建、钢构、消火栓灭火系统、照明电气分部等。二、甲乙双方就工程建设过程中已预定或已采购但未用，造成材料损失的补
