2、IHC)检测胎盘组织中LXR仅及SREBP—lc的mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果RT-PCR和IHC结果显示正常妊娠组和轻、重度子痫前期组胎盘中LXR、SREBP—lc的mRNA和蛋白的表达均逐步升高，且差异有统计学意义(P
