2、提高，设计出一套热效率高、节能、环保、安全的锅炉控制系统。因此，进行锅炉过程控制系统设计具有重要的实际意义。该论文在参考文献的基础上，首先介绍了课题研究意义，基础理论知识，其中包括PLC相关的理论以及过程控制系统的理论，描述了锅炉燃烧、水位控制系统的工作原理。然后分析了锅炉控制系统的控制任务及控制目标，设计了相应的控制系统，主要包括锅炉汽包水位控制系统、燃烧控制系统以及蒸汽温度控制系统，并且选择了满足要求的控制方案。在有了基础理论后，找控制系统中I/O点,详细分析I/O点的类型、数量等。根据I/O点，对PLC进行选型，再根据
