2、，单果重达11．O3g，是无籽刺梨的1．6倍，其果肉重量为9．88g，占果重的89．57，是无籽刺梨的1．5倍，刺梨的种子和萼片重量为1．12g；无籽刺梨果实为黄褐色、卵圆形，果形指数为1．27，果肉占果重的98．1l。刺梨的维生素C含量较高，达2703．75rag／100g，而无籽刺梨的Vc含量远低于刺梨，为903mg／100g；刺梨的VE、SOD和水分的含量均高于无籽刺梨，而Vn。、蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量则低于无籽刺梨。不同产地刺梨果实主要营养成分结构为V>蛋白质>V>V>SOD；贵州省植物园的刺梨果实在Vc、V、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均高于其他
