5、浴中持续6s,造小鼠烫伤模型;背部皮肤浸入80℃恒温水浴中持续10s,造大鼠烫伤模型;观察大、中、小剂量丹参水煎剂对大鼠及小鼠烫伤面积及局部病理变化的影响。结果:两种模型建立成功,丹参水煎剂可显著减少小鼠烫伤面积,显著增加大鼠烫伤面积纸重差值,显著改善各模型动物烫伤局部的组织病理学变化。绪论:丹参水煎剂外用对大鼠及小鼠烫伤模型均有较好的治疗作用。关键词:丹参水煎剂;外用;烫伤基金资助:“十一五”国家科技支撑计划(No.2008BAI53B09),郑州市科技攻关(No.10PTGS485—21)Eff
