1、基于JSP的小区物业管理系统东北农业大学成栋学院毕业设计题目：小区物业管理系统所在专业：计算机科学与技术学生签字:导师签字:50基于JSP的小区物业管理系统摘要如今随着科技地不断进步和发展，人们的生活越发复杂化，信息的接收与发布已成为人类社会必不可少的组成部分。我们基于物业管理的基础上，让这个信息系统能在互联网上运行操作。实现对业主和物业信息的管理，实现更加快捷和全面的服务平台，而开发设计了小区物业内部管理操作平台。首先，业主可以通过注册用户，实现报修投诉、充值缴费、修改密码、意见建议等操作。其次系统管理员管理
2、几面主要包含：物业管理、信息统计、用户资料管理，信息添加、修改及删除。物业管理系统平台是依附于JSP技术，采用SQLserver2005数据库完成了对业主、物业等信息的管理存储功能。开发物业管理系统是为了创建一个高效、全面、精细的服务平台，采用简易高性能的JSP与SQLserver2005数据库，开发设计了小区物业管理网站。物业管理平台主要实现了物业信息管理、用户信息管理、公共信息管理、平台运行管理等相关模块，这些模块与前台模块（概况浏览、公共信息查询、个人信息查询等）巧妙融合到一起，提高了服务水平和管理效率。
