1、医院药师工作计划篇一：药剂科2016年工作计划药剂科2016年工作计划在新的一年里，药剂科将根据医院发展的总体目标，以服务病人为中心，药事理论为基础，加强药品管理，提高药品质量，促进临床安全、有效、合理用药，提供优良的药学技术服务，做好相关的药品管理、使用工作，结合我院实际，特制定本计划。一、完善制度，健全管理机制1、进一步完善药事管理的相关制度及人员职责，药剂科质量控制小组检查督导落实情况，确保各项工作顺利开展。2、每月召开一次“药剂科工作会议”，总结上月工作，检查问题，找出不足，并提出可行性建议，加强科室内各组之间的协调，加强与医院相关科室的沟通。二、调整完善药事人员配置，明确人员职
