3、程的快速发展，根据《武汉市教育云示范工程实施方案》，结合实际，制定本方案（暂行）。第二条武汉市教育局每年组织开展全市优秀教师个人空间评比活动，并对在我市中小学教育教学资源建设和应用中做出突出贡献的单位和个人进行表彰奖励。第三条表彰奖励活动按照公开、公平、公正的原则，每年组织一次。第二章：评价标准第四条优秀教师个人空间评价标准分两个部分，一是数量标准，二是质量标准。第五条：个人空间建设数量标准。数量标准从两个方面评比，一是资源评比，二是利用社区进行教学交流评比。评价标准可参见附件一：武汉教育云平台个人用户积分细则。第六条：资源评比硬性标准：1、个人资料
