1、2014--2015年高二文科班主任工作计划(5000字)2014—2015学年度第二学期班主任工作计划高二(2)班胡治斌本学期我担任的是高二（2）班的班主任，高二（2）班是一个文科班，男生八人，女生三十八人，共计四十六名学生，而且学生来自我县各个乡镇，性格各异，学习基础相差甚远，鉴于这么一种情况特制定本学期的工作计划。首先，建立班级凝聚力，让学生进得来，留得下。尽快熟悉学生，做学生的知音。加强与全班学生之间的沟通，建立情感交流尤其重要，学生只有亲其师，才能信其道。通过组织各种活动，加强学生与老师之间的交流与了解，尽快建立班级的凝聚力以及向
