3、rebuttweldedwithgasmetalarcweldingprocess.Poresintbeweldwereinvestigatedunderdifferentweldingparameters,thecausesofporeformationweresystematicallydisposed,andtheefectsofporosityonthemicrostmctureandmechanicalpropertiesoftheiointwereanalyzed.Themicrostructureexamin

4、ationshowsthattheporesmainlyappearclosetothetoporbottompartoftheweld,andcouldconnecttoeachotherandleadtotheformationofcracksinthewelds.However,theporescanbecontrolledwithproperweldingparameters.Thetensiletestingresultsrevealthattheaverageiointstrengthisclosetoorhi
